- We will be reviewing the top 10 video submissions in each event.
- Filming is to be done through the WODProof app under the 'Summer Sweat Comp'. You can find our logo located under 'qualifiers'.
- Athletes must submit a video to Competition Corner using a YouTube or Google Drive link.
