*Athletes must register under your gym name, all using the exact same spelling. There is no limit to the number of gyms that can win each prize - for example, if multiple gyms reach 80 signups, they will ALL receive Concept2 BikeErgs. Gyms qualify for a maximum of 1 gym prize per competition

In 2023, FitnessComps will offer 2 types of virtual events: FC Benchmarks and Pro Challenges.

FC Benchmarks

4 virtual events held quarterly for athletes to test their fitness against people around the world!

Pro Challenge

2 events consisting of 1 workout programmed by a professional functional fitness athlete. The pro will also set the score to beat.

COMPETITION RULES

1. In order to be eligible for a prize, athletes must have submitted videos of their performances following the rules & standards of each competition.

a. If a competitor has not submitted a video during the competition or Pro Challenge window, they will remain on the competition leaderboard but NOT count towards the overall leaderboard.
b. Athletes can not submit a video following the close of the competition or pro challenge window.
c. Videos will not be requested at a later date or during the final leaderboard judging process.

2. FC Benchmarks are open to 4 divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled and Masters 40+. The Pro Challenges are open to 2 divisions: RX and Scaled athletes only.

3. Scores on the leaderboard are unofficial until winners are announced following the completion of a Pro Challenge or quarterly competition.
